Management Fees

In the same way as traditional timeshare, our members pay an annual management fee towards their allocation of Expectations Points. This fee goes toward the running of the Expectations Holidays Club and contributes towards membership to the world's largest holiday exchange networks. This means we can offer our members access to more than 4,500 resorts worldwide in over 100 countries.

The annual management fee is calculated based on how many points you have.

• Between 30,000 and 54,999 points the rate is £6.60 per 1000 points.
• Between 55,000 and 99,999 points the rate is £6.50 per 1000 points.
• 100,000+ points the rate is £6.30 per 1000 points.

Below are some examples of what you might expect to pay:

• If you own 30,000 points your annual management fee would be: £198.00.
• If you own 55,000 points your annual management fee would be: £357.50.
• If you own 100,000 points your annual management fee would be: £630.

We are pleased to say that this has only risen once in seven years and that the team work very hard to ensure that we continue to provide value for money.

Expectations Annual Membership

To be able to offer our members such great discounts on their holiday accommodation, provide a Concierge services and additional savings and rewards we ask for an annual membership fee. The cost for this is only £199 and is charged annually, again having risen only twice in 8 years this provides great value for money especially with all the great savings that can be made.

RCI Exchange Fee

The RCI exchange fee contributes toward your booking costs for the holiday you choose to take and this fee is collected each time you book a holiday via RCI and they charge you £145. However, should you book a holiday directly with Expectations Concierge team using some of the special offers, we are we are able to offer substantial discounts from £99 dependent on your choice.
