Timeshare units are spread across the four-level building, with larger units being located on two floors. Studios can sleep up to four people, while larger one-bedroom apartments can sleep up to six. A fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine are in all units, as well as either a hotplate or stove top. Each unit also has heating which the occupant can regulate, air-conditioning and satellite TV.
